You'll be decked out with a comfy king sized bed and two singles for a relaxing night's sleep. Travelling with kiddos? No worries, we've got a travel cot available to use.

The space

Welcome to our gated community, the perfect starting point for your Cotswold country escape! Begin your day with a morning coffee on our sun-drenched front patio before exploring the beautiful surroundings. Inside, our spacious and cozy open-plan kitchen, living, and dining area awaits you. Discover hidden gems and games under the TV, including a mini pool table and foosball table. Upstairs, pass by our gallery wall to reach the bedrooms, where super comfortable beds ensure a restful night’s sleep. Unwind with a bath or shower, using our bath tray to enjoy a glass of wine and a good book!

You'll be sent a code for our gate and key box prior to your arrival. Please message for any special requests or requirements.

Other things to note

​

The outdoor space you can access is the front patio and the stoned area in the car park. The grass is off limits as this belongs to our neighbours and is private property. Please respect this during your stay. There is a big field behind the property that can be accessed by following the information in our guide book on-site. Please message us for local dog walking recommendations.

Please no electric car charging on site, this is in our house rules and charges will apply if breached. Closest charging point is the BP petrol station 3 minutes drive away.
